This 45-minute class is the perfect way to check in with yourself after your day. All levels and abilities are welcome to join a class or private session. Best Coast Adventure Therapy offers a yoga practice which is designed to increase body awareness, concentration and self-confidence while also teaching techniques to calm both the mind and body. Individualized support and guidance provided by a certified Yoga Instructor.
